Carl’s Place – Returns Policy

Carl’s Place has a 30-day return policy on most items.
Some items:
- Are not returnable
- Are only returnable if unopened
- May follow a different return timeline

Inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
If something is wrong or you’re considering a return, you must contact Carl’s Place first.
All returns must be approved before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returned items are expected to arrive in new and unused condition.
All returns are thoroughly inspected before exchanges or refunds are granted.
If an item is received in a condition other than new and unused but is still suitable for discounted resale (as determined by Carl’s Place):
- A 30% restocking fee will be applied.
Based on the inspection, not all returned items will qualify for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender (the customer).

Some products ship direct from the manufacturer (indicated on the product page).

Carl’s Place – Shipping Policy

Carl’s Place offers free, no-rush shipping on most orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
Some items (such as certain freight deliveries) may not qualify for free, no-rush shipping.

Paid shipping options are available if:
- You want your order to arrive faster,
- You need delivery outside the contiguous United States, or
- Your items do not qualify for free, no-rush shipping (e.g., freight deliveries).
All available shipping methods, costs (if any), and estimated arrival dates will be shown during checkout.

Lead times may vary throughout the year.
Handmade or custom items (such as golf enclosures and custom screens) may require additional production time.
The delivery date shown at checkout is a good faith estimate, based on:
- Current production lead times, and
- Information provided by the shipping carriers.
Carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
Please use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.
Some high-value items may require a signature at delivery to ensure they reach you safely.

Most Carl’s Place brand products ship from the United States.
Some Manufacturer Direct Items (including brands like ProTee-United, Uneekor, and Country Club Elite) may drop-ship directly from international vendors.
- These items may arrive in a separate shipment.
- They may result in additional import charges.
International shipping options are calculated at checkout and cover shipping costs only.
Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges (including clearance service fees where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipments that are discarded or returned due to nonpayment of delivery or import fees are not eligible for a refund.
The delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates and do not account for delays caused by customs or brokerage processes.

Some electronics or software-based products may be subject to region locks or other regional limitations.
Using these products in countries where they are not officially supported may lead to extra fees or limited functionality.
Please check with the manufacturer for details about regional compatibility before purchasing for use outside approved regions.

At Carl’s Place, select indoor golf and related products ship directly from the manufacturer for added convenience.

Products identified as “Manufacturer Direct” are clearly marked on the product page.
These items ship directly from the manufacturer rather than from a Carl’s Place warehouse.

Expedited shipping is not available for Manufacturer Direct Items.
If your order includes both Manufacturer Direct and in-stock items:
- Your order will arrive in separate shipments.
Some Manufacturer Direct Items may ship from outside the United States.
- Please see the International Shipping section above for important information on duties and taxes.

If a Manufacturer Direct Item can be canceled, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
With the exception of SkyTrak, Manufacturer Direct Items are generally subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.
Return policies for Manufacturer Direct Items can vary by manufacturer.
